What makes ecommerce hard
Speed is the silent tax
Every extra second on a product page costs orders. Most stores are slow and never connect it to the revenue line.
Checkout leaks
Forced accounts, no local payment methods, surprise shipping. Each one loses a buyer who was ready.
Stock lies
The site says available, the warehouse disagrees. You refund and lose a customer twice.
Traffic isn't the problem
Most stores don't need more visitors. They need the ones they have to reach checkout.

Questions
- Shopify or headless?
- Shopify for most: it solves payments, tax and PCI so you don't pay us to rebuild them. Headless when content and commerce are deeply intertwined or the catalogue fights Shopify's model. The cheaper answer is usually the right one.
- Will a migration hurt our rankings?
- Only if the redirects are botched, which is how most migrations lose traffic. URL mapping is the first thing we plan, not the last thing we remember.
- Do you support Tabby and Tamara?
- Yes. Buy-now-pay-later materially lifts conversion in this market and buyers expect it. It's a straightforward integration on Shopify and a bit more work headless.
- Can you fix our conversion rate?
- We can measure it, find where people drop, and test changes on live traffic. What we won't do is redesign on instinct and call the result an improvement without evidence.
