We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry or estimate request, typically within one business day.
• Send the newsletter, if you've subscribed — you can ask to be removed at any time.
• Maintain records of client and prospect communication for our own business purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services we use

• Email delivery — our contact, estimate, and newsletter emails are sent via our SMTP provider.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — used on our contact form to filter spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (like IP address) to perform this check, governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
• Hosting — this site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and client communication records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@urbansoftware.tech. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
