Fintech built to survive an audit

What makes finance & fintech hard

A rounding error is a scandal

Floating-point money, a timezone bug at month end, a retry that double-charges, small mistakes here become regulatory ones.

Reconciliation is manual and constant

Someone spends every Monday matching a gateway report to a ledger in a spreadsheet.

Compliance arrives after the build

KYC, AML and reporting bolted on afterwards means rebuilding the data model you already shipped.

Failure has to be safe

When the payment provider times out, the wrong answer isn't an error page, it's charging twice.

What we build for you

Idempotent by Design

The same request twice never means two charges.

Immutable Audit Log

Append-only. Who did what, when, and what changed.

Automated Reconciliation

Gateway to ledger, matched nightly, exceptions surfaced.

KYC & AML Hooks

Identity and screening in the data model from day one.

Provider Integrations

Stripe, Network, Telr, banks, abstracted so you can switch.

Reporting

Regulatory and internal reports from the ledger, not a spreadsheet.

  • Payment flows with idempotency and safe retries
  • Lending and credit workflows with decisioning trails
  • Reconciliation that runs automatically, not on a Monday
  • Dashboards and regulatory reporting from one ledger

Questions

Do you handle card data directly?
Almost never, deliberately. We keep you out of PCI scope by using tokenised providers, the card never touches your servers. Handling it directly means an audit burden most businesses shouldn't take on.
How do you prevent double charges?
Idempotency keys on every write, and a ledger that refuses duplicates. A network timeout is not proof a payment failed, and treating it as one is exactly how customers get charged twice.
Are you a licensed financial institution?
No: we build software, we don't hold licences. You bring the regulatory permission; we build to it and will tell you when a requirement needs a lawyer rather than a developer.
Can you integrate with UAE banks?
Yes, and expect it to be slower than you'd like. Bank integrations mean their timeline, their sandbox and often their file formats. We plan for that instead of pretending it's an API call.
