What makes healthcare hard
Downtime is a clinical event
A booking system failing on a Monday morning isn't an outage, it's a waiting room of people who can't be seen.
Data rules are not optional
UAE health data has residency and consent requirements. Getting them wrong is a licensing problem, not a fine.
Systems that don't talk
Records in one system, billing in another, lab results by email. Staff become the integration layer.
Clinicians are not users you can train
If the tool adds thirty seconds per patient, it will be abandoned and the paper comes back.
What we build for you
Consent & Access Control
Role-based access with an audit trail on every record view.
Data Residency
Hosted where the regulator requires, not where it's convenient.
Telehealth
Video consults with recording, notes and consent captured properly.
Scheduling
Bookings, reminders and no-show handling that reduces empty slots.
EMR & Lab Integration
Results and records flow instead of being retyped.
Clinical Dashboards
Load, wait times and outcomes, visible while they're still fixable.
- Patient portals with booking, records and secure messaging
- Telehealth with consent capture and session records
- Practice management: scheduling, billing, insurance claims
- Integrations with labs, pharmacy and existing EMR
Built to comply
Questions
- Can you work with our existing EMR?
- Usually. Modern systems expose APIs or HL7/FHIR; older ones mean scheduled exports or direct database reads. We map what exists before promising anything: the integration is the project, not a footnote.
- Where is patient data stored?
- In the region your regulator requires. For UAE clinics that generally means UAE or an approved jurisdiction, and it's decided at architecture, not retrofitted after a review flags it.
- Is this HIPAA compliant?
- HIPAA is a US framework; if you serve US patients we build to it. For UAE practice, DHA and MOH requirements govern, and the technical controls overlap heavily: encryption, access control, audit trails.
- How do you handle downtime?
- Redundancy, monitored uptime and a tested restore path. We'll also be honest about cost: real high availability is a budget decision, and we'd rather you choose it knowingly.
